Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this app. The app itself is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and the terms below are additional to it; where the two disagree, Apple's agreement wins.

Using the app is acceptance of these terms.

License

You may use the app on the devices your Apple Account allows, for personal and commercial work alike.

• You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
• You may not resell, rent out or redistribute the app itself.

Your pictures are yours

• The photos you open and the pictures you export stay yours. This app claims no rights in them and never receives them.
• There is no restriction on what you do with an exported picture, commercial use included.
• Having the rights to the material you open is your responsibility, including photographs of other people and artwork you did not make.

What you may not do

• Using the app to break the law, or to make pictures that are illegal to make.
• Making or publishing pictures that infringe another person's copyright, likeness or privacy.
• Using a defect in the app to reach paid features without paying for them.
• Presenting the app as your own product, or otherwise impersonating it.

Paid features

• PRO is a single one-time purchase and not a subscription. Nothing renews, and nothing is charged a second time.
• Payment is handled by Apple. This app never receives your payment details.
• After a reinstall or on another device, the purchase is recovered with Restore purchases, under Account in Settings.
• Refunds follow Apple's policy and are requested from Apple; they cannot be issued from this app. Which features PRO includes may change over time, but a feature already paid for will not be moved behind a second purchase.

No warranty

• The app is provided as it is. It is not warranted to be free of defects or fit for any particular purpose.
• Keep your own copies of anything you care about. No liability is accepted for a failed export or save, for saved styles that are lost, or for behaviour that changes because the device or its operating system changed.
• Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to the app

Features may be added, changed or removed, and the app may stop being offered — including where a change to the operating system makes the old behaviour impossible to keep.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. A new version is posted on this page, with the date at the top moved to match. Continuing to use the app after that is acceptance of the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Japan. Nothing in them removes protection that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
